Cool poker tournament
Date: 02/05/07
Player: comete
For Rooms: Excalibur (Live),

Summary: Finally a poker room with a price acceptable, the right number of players and with nothing but a buy-in.

Content: First ,let say that the poker room is a little nosy but we have to say that we are kind of in the middle of the casino...they move the room!

But for 45$ a tournament with about 50 peoples this is a great deal. If you are a good player...you should reach the final table very easily. The very good thing is that there is no re-buy and no add-on. Yes, finally a tournament that will like most of the poker players!

And the last time I went, there was two tournaments...one at 9hAM and one at 11hAM...so that gives you time to cheer up if you did'nt made the final table of the first tournament.

There is not a lot of side games in the morning but they try everything to open table. The staff is very very nice. And they also have the bonus roulette for monster loosing hand (AA).

Finally, no need for player cards, just ask at the poker room desk for a food comp...they will give you a 4$ coupon and go get a big burrito for 6$ (with your coupon come to 2$) at the little snack bar beside the poker room!

Pierre
