Trip Report Family/Pleasure Date: 08/26/06 Player: fushisushi For Rooms: Fitzgeralds,Luxor,Mandalay Bay, Summary: Had a great time, caught a couple of shows and saw cousins I didn't know existed Content: Got into town on Monday thinking I'd go right to the tables but I forgot how much jet lag is a reality. Got up and played poker most of the trip. I was at the Luxor so I played at the Luxor, Excalibur, and Mandalay Bay the whole time. Had a good time but the Luxor wasn't what it said it was. Games had re-buys or add-ons and I was looking for freeze out tournys. Mandalay Bay had a nive $30 tourney at 10am but it was limit poker until you got to the final table. Excalibur had a $35 tourny at 9am that was fun and I enjoyed that one. All in all I played the small tournies or $1-3 at Excalibur. Had a good time. |
