First let me give u some background. I play in a place called The Blue in my hometown WALLA WALL WA (no really). Its a wealthing reatirment town so the game is full of rich old men with nothing better to spend there money on. The 3-6 full kill game is a cut throat see ya on the river check raise when i get there type of game. I make a living beating this game only about 25-33%. SO anyways that is the type of action I am used to.
ALADDIN, MGM, PALMS, TI: The 3/6 and 4/8 games here are as follows: 5-8 callers preflop with plunty of players calling raises down to the river with nothing more than gutshots , small pairs and anykind of flush draw. Runner runner?Good amount of money on the tables and players are willing to rebuy. These games are loose slots. Which means if u make a big hand you WILL get paid off. My kind of action!
BELLAGIO, VENETIAN, SAHARA: The 4-8 games here are near perfection. Good amount of experienced players. What this means is there are enough solid players to get out of your way when you are tring to real in the fish. Top pair top kicker and Big pockets can hold up. Not what im used to but I like it. Grinders Paradise!
GOLDEN NUGGET, PLAZA, BINIONS: Downtown low limit games are all the same lots of low end locals and low end tourists. If you want to buy in short ($40) and grind it out for the double up u can. These downtown games are easy just not enough money on the tables for my liking.
WYNN: Full of big money action games. And some very wealthy tourists waisting time on the 4/8 tables. The players hear come to play cards not to win. Some players are dumping rack after rack into the game. Some players are stacking up rack after rack. Its a hit or miss kinda game with intising pot odds.
EXCALIBER: 1-3 spread is an all night drinking game. Get drunk, have fun, win $11. Thats what I did.
TROPICANA: Only play here if you stay here. Easy game but not very much money on the tables.
MIRAGE: I would charactorize this game with Bellegio, and Venetian but I suspect collusion!!!PROCEED WITH CAUTION!!!
