Arrived in LV on Sunday January 1st around 11pm. After checking in at the Venetian, my buddy and I crossed the street for some 3-6 Limit at the Mirage. Surprisingly, there was alot of action for 12:30 in the morning. After 1.5 hours I was up $160 (on top of my $100 buy in) so I decided to run with it and hit the sack.
Early Monday morning we went over to my favorite room - The Monte Carlo - for some 3-6. Didn't get on the tables until 10am because they have a new 9am tournament that sucks everyone in. Anyway, after 3 hours I was up $20 on top of my $100 buy in and took in some lunch at their brewhouse. Afterwards, we went over to Paris for more 3-6 Limit. Despite the reviews on this site, I enjoyed myself at this joint. Dealers are great. Played 8 hours and only left $50 up (on top of $100 buy in) despite being up $220 at one point. Lots of fish here and if you feign aggression you can really score some. No locals to speak of that day. Hit the sack around 11pm.
Tuesday morning went over to Aladdin for their NL tournament. Finished 12th out of 80 players. Played 5 hands in that 3 hour span. Boring, boring, boring. After lunch went back to Paris and lost my $100 buy in at 3-6 Limit in about 2 hours. Then went to Monte Carlo and lost another $100 buy in at 3-6 Limit after 2 hours. Called it a day and watched the bowl games in my room.
Wednesday (final day) woke up with a renewed spirit. After great breakfast buffet at Mirage went over to Caesars for some 3-6 Limit. Played 3 hours and finished $30 up (on top of $100 buy in) despite being up $180 at one point. Had lunch at Margarativille and finished my trip at Paris. Watched my Texas bet win and played more 3-6 Limit. Lost $20 of my $100 buy in for 7 hours of poker.
Total Poker Played: 26.5 hours
Total Winnings: $40
