| Bellagio Poker Room Description |
|
The Bellagio Poker Room opened in 1998 and offers 30 tables of poker action at all limits. One of the most well known Las Vegas venues, the Bellagio Poker Room is home to "Bobby's Room" a special area within the poker room that is reserved for the highest of stakes, often with a minimum buy in of $20,000. Known for it's high limit poker, the Bellagio Poker Room offers games of all limits, starting at 1/2NLHE and 4/8LHE. Games other than Hold'em are also offered, including 20/40 Stud Hi, 30/60 Omaha 8, and 40/80 Mix Game. Limit and No Limit Hold'em is offered at low, mid, and high limits.
The Bellagio Poker Room is equipped with the Genesis Bravo poker room management system to track the waiting lists for all games as well as player comps. No jackpot drop is taken in the cash games, making Bellagio one of only five rooms in Las Vegas that do not drop a jackpot rake.
Managed by long term poker room veteran and former Director of the Mirage Poker Room, Doug Dalton, the Bellagio Poker Room is home to several well known celebrity poker players who can often be seen in the high limit section as well as in Bobby's Room.
The aesthetics of the Bellagio Poker Room are on par with the rest of the high end resort and casino, with swivel adjustable chairs, leather and dark wood adornments and a large amount of chandeliers and wall art to frame the room. A half wall separates the rooms from the rest of the casino and allows for significant walk by traffic. The Bellagio Poker Room is situated directly adjacent to the Race and Sports Book and has restrooms directly outside of the room.
Players of all levels call Bellagio home due to game variety and reputation that the room holds. Daily game offerings include 1/2NLHE, 2/5NLHE, 5/10NLHE, 10/20NLHE, 4/8LHE, 10/20LHE, 20/40LHE, 30/60 Omaha H/L and much higher.
The Bellagio comps players at $1 per hour on their MGM Resorts International M Life card. Players swipe at the table and comps are accumulated on their card through the Genesis Bravo comp management system. Players can use their comps at a variety of food venues within the resort or use them for tableside food delivery, which is available 24 hours a day.

Good but not Excellent
By: Marty222 Date: 12/23/11

Dealer's, manager's in my opinion are good but just can not give them an Excellent due to a couple of things. Dealer and not okay however I would not say friendly. Managers let folks in the poker room get way to far with ranting. It took the management over an hour to kick one guy out.... Read more »

Is what it is
By: lagnar Date: 11/28/11

Tables are poorly organized. Everyone who plays poker knows all about the "bellagio attitude". It is what it is and never changes. They act like they are THE ONLY room in town and don't need to try. They lost the 2,5 game to The Vanetian and should pay attention. Thet wont and don't care. U feel like they are doing u a favor to let u play there.... Read more »

Worst for Service/Comfort, Best for Players
By: Ragaboo Date: 07/31/11

The room is crowded, with tables packed like sardines. That means that no matter where you're sitting, people are running into your chair just to squeeze by thoroughfares. There's also no good place to relax while you wait for your seat (which usually is a long wait). Easily in the top 5 least-comfortable rooms in Vegas.... Read more »
