Other Information Eight hour drawings are held Saturday nights for cash players between 5:00PM and Midnight, winners receive free entry in the next day’s (Sunday) 2:00 PM $125 tournament. High Hand Jackpots are offered. Tournament players received a $10 food voucher if they play 1 hour in a cash game after completing tournament play. The cash games listed above are the regularly spread games in this room. Others games and stakes are sometimes played based on player interest.

Binion's Poker Room Description

The new Binion's Poker room grand opened in late October 2008 and was completely redesigned with all new tables, chairs, and new foyer for holding the famous Gallery of Champions and the Poker Hall of Fame.

The Binion's Poker Room is split between two areas. The main area is located against the west wall of the casino and is sunken in from the rest of the casino. A large marble foyer leads downstairs to the Binion's Poker Room. The room is 10 tables and has walls adorned with large historical photographs depicting Binion's long history and the history of the World Series of Poker, which was held at Binions for over 30 years.

The other part of the Binion's Poker Room is the tournament area, which offers several more tables in the northwest corner of the casino. The Binion's Classic Tournament Series as well as some other special daily tournaments are held in this area.

Binion's Poker Room offers No Limit Hold'em with no maximum buy in. Binion's is one of only a small handful of rooms that offer this.

Players earn $2 per hour comps on their Binion's Players Card which can be used for food and merchandise.

The room I believe has been upgraded around 4 years ago and is currently split into 2 areas. The smaller room was where I played a smaller tourney and also all the cash games. Surrounded by pictures of the WSOP legends and nicely away from the main part of the casino it was a pleasure to play there. A second room used for the larger tournaments is somewhat more functional and less nostalgic how... Read more »

The tournament area is only average as it is not contained by any walls but, rather, has a brass rail lining it. Tables have average wear and tear and the chairs are the standard straight back style with no adjustment.... Read more »

Poker for Seniors

No disrespect to the birthplace of the World Series, but if you love poker and an action game, this is not the place. I just got back from Vegas and made it a point to check out a number of rooms. I forced myself to play for 45 minutes in a 1-2 game at Binions, but that was all I could take. I usually play 2-5, so this was just not my speed. My worst poker experience in Vegas, EVER!!!!

Tables ok. Minimal wear. Some chairs were on rollers and had adjustable height/seat backs. (The chairs were the only + I found at this room. Temperature was ungodly hot. Was there in in early April and the room felt like early August. Was wearing shorts and a t-shirt and wished I could sit at the table in my underwear it was so hot.... Read more »
