Room Quality: 5 The room was nice, open and right by the sports book which was awesome. There was a deli right there for quick eats and a starbucks close. Poker + food + coffee + sportsbook = cool. They usually only had 1/2 NL, and no one showed up for the tournaments. |
Competition: 3 Lots of locals, pretty tight mixed with some utterly insane idiots. It was a weird mix. I stayed here almost two weeks and saw the tightest and loosest game in the world. |
Dealers: 3 Mostly OK, one really messed up a hand then tried to deny it, which really irked me. Most dealers were good and nice, but one bad one lowered my rating for all of them. |
Cocktails: 5 Good looking for the most part, with decent service. |
Management: 2 They were really friendly for the most part, but had trouble running the list. I complained about a dealer and the floor said she couldn\'t do anything about it unless I wrote a written complaint. This turned me off. |
Comps & Bonuses: 1 They couldn\'t swipe my card, and did the comps on paper cards. It sucked. |
