Room Quality: 5 The tables were nice, albeit a little crowded when full. It is away from the main casino, so it was fairly quiet. I didn\\\'t notice any noise from the Cirque de Soleil show. There was a girl at a shop across the hallway who was trying to sell something who was a bit loud and distracting, but it wasn\\\'t a big deal. |

Competition: 3 It was an even mix of people who had no idea what they were doing and people who do it every day. It was nice to have a few minnows, but the sharks really brought out my \\\"A\\\" game. I consider myself to be a pretty smart guy and a pretty good poker player, but the level of competition forced me to take my game to a completely new level. |

Dealers: 3 The dealers were proficient and did not make any mistakes. However, the one with the mowhawk was extremely rude when I mentioned I have a hearing problem and pretty much treated the players with contempt. He was, however, very good at his job which is really all that matters. Also, another dealer seemed more interested in the sporting event on the television than the game. Players were forced to repeatedly tell him they were checking. |

Cocktails: 3 I had three cocktail waitresses during my stay. The first one couldn\\\'t keep track of tournament players when their tables changed and would fail to bring their drinks. She actually chatised a player for not tipping her for a drink she never delivered. The second threatened to stand there and watch a player drink his drink when she suspected that he was ordering it for another player who asked for the same drink. The third, who had an accent, was outstanding and got lots of tips from me. |

Management: 5 The management was terrific. Not much else to say. |

Comps & Bonuses: 5 I was only in town for a few days, but the regulars spoke very highly of the bonus thing and I didn\\\'t pay for anything while I was in the room. |
