Competition: 3 Nice combination of tight "local grinders" & loose tourist who want to gamble & play for large pots. |

Dealers: 1 This has to be "the over the hill gang".Dealers in their 60's & 70's who need to retire.They need to get some younger dealers to get the games moving.Older dealers talk too much & make too many mistakes. |

Cocktails: 5 Lori does a great job.Every employee in the poker room should be as dedicated to their job as she is. |

Management: 1 They can't seem to get anything right.A simple table change request becomes a nightmare because they are so disorganized. 2 desk neither desk knows what the other one in up to.They play favorites if a local comes in they honor his table change request even though my request was 15 minutes before him. |
