Room Quality: 2 When you see the room from a distance, it looks pretty cool with a nice Sports Book and really tall ceilings. However the chairs are horrible. The felts are so-so. |

Competition: 3 Reasonable competition-no one stood out to me. Couple locals that were solid. Played two sessions-ended up even. |

Dealers: 3 Did not seem to be a happy bunch and in fact a couple were rude. Seem to me to be doing their time but I played pretty early in the morning. Sure did not make one feel welcome. |

Cocktails: 3 Turn over time seemed a little long. Again a smile goes a long way and I did not see one. |

Management: 2 Same deal. I felt like they were doing me a favor when I cashed out. They have some sort of funky system where they don't take your M card but sign you up-I bagged the whole card thing-why make it hard? I was looking forward to going to Mandalay but was disappointed. Played in 7 casinos this trip and this place got the booby prize. |
