Room Quality: 3 Room a bit tight. Chairs have newer padding. Room was mostly packed during daytime, busy in evenings, but slow in early morning hours until 8am or so when it picks back up again. |

Competition: 3 I was only playing 2-4 limit and the players were a mixture of locals and tourists. Most of the time 75%+ saw the flop. After a few orbits, you know who is playing every hand and who to be careful of when they bet. On the average to easy side. |

Dealers: 4 Most of the dealers were nice and friendly although one dealer is about 90 years old and watching her deal was like watching grass grow. |

Cocktails: 3 Only one I would call attractive. Very below average looks. Most were reasonably efficient but there were enough gaps in service to make it average at best. |

Management: 3 I found the manager Michael very good, but the rest of those running the the room when he wasn't there were average at best. |

Comps & Bonuses: 3 As of a few weeks ago, comps have dropped from $1/hr to 0.50/hr in Harrah's poker rooms, so it was horrible if you count on that extra amount. They have Aces Cracked from 8am-2pm for $100 and Quads ($50) and Straight Flushes ($100) 24/7. 10 hours of weekly play for a $1500 Friday free roll and 30 hours of monthly play for $5000 Bosses (last of the month) Thursday freeroll ($200 if you knock out one of the 8 bosses and $20 for each other player knockout). Top 20 received $170 each and play stopped. |
