Cocktails: 4 some of them are only in it for the tip, and that's understandable. sometimes a great Smile is worth more than just a buck and the sooner they learn that buck usually turn into 5bucks per customer than just 9 bucks per table. implement service with a smile will win a customers heart and generosity takes it course by nature. |

Management: 2 I would fired the manager name Chris if he worked for me. Rude rude and rude to a gentlemen who told him that we lost 2 players on the table he ''responded by saying WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO LOOK FOR PLAYERS. I was so disgusted I ask my business associates and the gentlemen to take my friends and I to Texas Station 11 of us left the golden nugget that night. I own 5 restaurant and if I had a manager like that I would get rid of him he is bad for my business, I want to keep my customer and I would rather find a new manager who can keep 1 customer not one that will loose 11 in one night. |

Comps & Bonuses: 3 Questioning a guest on how long he had played on the table for a food voucher is not professional because some customers prefer that to be kept confidential, and for him to answer that is out of line. Implement the card to sign in and out and track the hrs of playing time. Customers loose a lot of money in the casino alone a $10 voucher is worthless to satisfy a customer if he doesn't return because you deprive him of a cheap voucher. $10 voucher for $1000 lost hmmm. Go figure I want him back I would probably dish him out 2 voucher for loosing that money, I want to make sure he knows that he is VIP because of his business not because he has to play for 4 hrs to earn the voucher. That money will circulate through out the whole casino if he lost in the machine it is still the part of the Golden Nugget. |
