Room Quality: 5 The room was as nice as any other poker room you would expect in the area. |

Competition: 4 The action at the 1-2nlh was good. There was a few guys calling pre-flop raises with any two cards and chasing down to the river which is what you typically would want as long as you are aware of whats going on. All in all it didn't take long to triple up my buy-in. |

Dealers: 5 Dealers were engaging and fun. overall very helpful in explaining the plethora of different high hand jackpots and bad beat jackpots etc. |

Cocktails: 4 Took a while to get cocktails even though it wasn't busy. One single (cute) girl working the whole room could be improved upon. |

Management: 1 My table was right next to the counter. The manager in charge was arguing with a patron at a level that was uncalled for. She was rude and condescending. Very unprofessional. I can't imagine a reason why she would do that to a customer in front of the whole room. Even the dealer had some colorful remarks about the exchange. |

Comps & Bonuses: 4 Though I didn't participate I was told the comps were rather good. Tons of additional ways to make extra cash in ways of high hand jackpots, bad beat jackpots etc. |
