Room Quality: 3 Now 4 tables carved out of space in the sportsbook next to the Player's Card desk. No walls, except for the one it borders. Open to the pit. Bathrooms right next door. Noisy karaoke now partially masked by not being in a direct line. |
Competition: 5 Mostly drunks or complete novices. Any other serious players stick out like sore thumbs, making then easy to avoid. Pots were small thanks to the low stakes, meaning profits were low but so were the beats. |
Dealers: 4 Same pool of dealers from the IP. Some were better at handling the drunks than others. But, overall, a great crew. |
Cocktails: 3 Noticeably slower than when the room was out front. Had to call for the waitress several times. But, from the way the other players were acting, the alcoholic drinks were strong. |
Management: 4 Great management, but this room has got to be easy to run. One of the marks of great management is that it's mostly invisible, only appearing when necessary. This is the case here. |
Comps & Bonuses: 2 Still have to use the Bill's Player Card rather than TR, so I'm not aware of what the comp rate is. Aces cracked and various high hand jackpots. Rake of $5+1, taken in $0.50 increments, is outrageous in such a low-stakes room. |
