Room Quality: 5 Wow. This is what a poker room should look like. Subdued lighting, dark decor, but not in the foreboding way. Very comfortable chairs, with fully adjustable settings. I did break one, however, when I leaned back and the spring mechanism popped out of the chair. More funny than a demerit. Full Genesis Bravo system. |

Competition: 3 I went looking for the Rehab d-bags, but found a table of grinders instead. I think I went too early - I was there at about 4 pm on a Sunday. The dealer suggested it would be closer to 8 pm. The players at my table knew how to play. Lots of straddling. |

Dealers: 5 Awesome. Easily interacted with the players without compromising their integrity. No mechanical mistakes at all. Accommodated one players request for a new set-up. |

Cocktails: 5 It wasn't that busy, so the waitresses came around often. Handled players' unusual drink requests with aplomb. Uniforms are in the rock-n-roll theme, and very nice, as are the waitresses themselves. |

Management: 4 Greeted and seated immediately, and then ran to get my chips. No complaints here. |

Comps & Bonuses: 4 They have a lot of comps for playing specific hours and some HHJs. Bravo table check in/out. Comps go directly on to the Rockstar card. |
