Room Quality: 2 PH used to be my favorate when in the old location and in spite of my attempts I just can't handle the noise at nite. The tables are good but still lack shufflers everything else standard. There is plenty of room between tables and chairs are comfortable. I wish PH could find a quieter spot for the room however, like over by Starbucks. |

Competition: 4 One of the reasons I love the room. There is a lot of younger crowd that stays at PH and many are not regular players. They want to play, drink and just have fun which is a great combination. This place has ALWAYS been profitable to me. |

Dealers: 3 This is the first time I have given them such a low rating. The day crew is weak, except for Wayne who I like, and had one guy (older black guy) who dealt as slow as my Grandma. Nights are better with some of the other dealers I like but one of them who shall remain nameless actually shuffled the cards and dealt them out while the previous flop still lay on the table...doh! |

Cocktails: 4 Very fast and had everything I wanted although I think the average rating on looks has gone way down. |
