Room Quality: 5 Chairs are nice and comfy. Tables are nice to play, no stupid rails like the MGM |

Cocktails: 5 How about having to say "No Thanks"? They are that on top of things. I went to Bellagio for a session and left after 15 minutes waiting for service and getting all kinds of attitude...the Bellagio is dead to me after the pampering I got at Aria. |

Management: 5 Let's just say that when I went to them with suggestions they sat down with me and listened carefully...even went so far as to start giving me the kind of attention reserved for the regular high rollers. |
