Room Quality: 5 The poker room is really nice as well as the rest of the hotel. The only thing that I think could have been done better in regards to the poker room is to put in better chairs. Other than that, no complaints. |
Competition: 2 The competition here was really tight. There was no easy money to be made. |
Dealers: 4 The dealers were all friendly and didn't make any mistakes. |
Cocktails: 3 It took about 30 minutes to place my first drink order, which is slow especially since I was on a brand new table. |
Management: 2 My biggest complaint about this room is the management, specifically customer service. The cashier/brush wasn't very friendly or welcoming. She was constantly distracted by coworkers as was the floorperson. There were 9 live names on the 1/2NL list so I inquired about whether they were going to open a new game and they seemed somewhat bothered by this request. Also, I was sitting at the new table with the dealer and chips ready to go for more than five minutes before they finally remembered to call down the list. For a casino that supposedly emphasizes customer service, I felt they were lacking in that department. |

Comps & Bonuses: 3 They offer high hands and on Thursdays they offer $1000 for flopped quads. |
