Room Quality: 5 This is for trip 6/26 thru 6/29. Wonderful, the room was very beautiful and located in the back of the casino. The chairs and tables all seemed to be in good condition, although a bit cramped back in the lower limit, and 1/2 section of the room. Probably my only tid-bit bad about the Bellagio during my time of stay. The atmosphere was incredible, day and night the room was busy, there was not a lot of yelling or excitement, minus a few foreign players who had to be reminded more than once that only English was aloud to be spoken at the table during the tournament. The vibe, atmosphere, people, and Bobby's room, made for an unbelievable trip. |

Competition: 3 While there I only played in two different games. I played a 4/8 LHE for the first time and I believe this is where I made most of my money. The competition in this game I am going to say was average, although there were a few older people in the game that just refused to fold, resulting in some bad beats and some profitable money. The older people (I'm using older as 65+) were difficult to read and their betting patterns were anything from normal. But there were also a few dealers that played in the 4/8 game who were VERY nice, and knew how to play their draws and get their money in at the right times. One of the dealers had to actually get up and go to change and deal the game in Bobby's room with the big guys before she returned to playing herself. I also played in a 1/2NL table, that was very slow to say the least, but I only played for an hour or so, so I would say it was average. Although it was slow, I got to sit and watch Doyle and Chan play in the back with my lucky seat selection, and that kept me entertained. |

Dealers: 4 Good dealers, only saw one or two mistakes that were only flipped cards on dealing. They were very professional, as what you would expect at such a place like Bellagio. They never tried to hurry the action, they always shipped the pot in the right direction. They even answered all the questions that I asked, and one time actually called the floor to field a question they couldn't answer. Greatful for the tips they received which in some cases I thought a lot of people under tipped, something I will not do. |

Cocktails: 4 Although I choose not to drink while playing cards this trip I did order a number of water's while I was playing. They seemed to come around every 15-30 minutes or so, and I never remember any players having problems with anything they ordered. I only heard one time when a dealer had called the floor more than once because the table was requesting drinks. They were cute looking for the most part, but most importantly they did a good job getting drinks in a quick manner. |

Management: 5 This is where I want to make sure everyone understands how and why I gave the Bellagio Management a 5. A 5 is for excellence, and if I could have choose a 6 I would have. Although a lot, or some, (depending upon how you read it) have posted that they have felt like the management was not kind to lower limit players and did not treat them well. I will say, that for my trip imparticular, even during the boom times during the world series, that this could not be farther from the truth as I had an excellent time in dealing with the professional floor managers during my time of stay. After reading many past reviews I was hesistant to play there, but now I will play there first before anything else. Although the list was long and there was a lot of traffic that was occuring through the main entrance, I feel that the management did a great job in dealing with the amount of players. After playing only one day, I came back to put my name on the list, and before even announcing what I was going to do the floor manager (bald guy, works in the morning) had said, "good morning Bobby G.", and asked if I was there to play 4/8 again. Completely stunned, and a bit taken back I said 'yessir.'Another time in dealing with the management is when I went up there and asked for a strange request of trying to squeze and extra chair in the back of the 4/8 so that my mom could watch me play. I did this at like 2pm when it was extremely busy and said there wouldn't be a problem and just to inform them when she gets there and there would be no problem. I stood up an hour later, and the floor manager Andy, helped me move a chair back there with no problem. This made me very happy as I did not have to have my mom watch from the rail but was able to have her sit right next to me so she could watch. I even had missed hearing my name (which yes is a pain, as you mist sit close to hear your name) on the list one time and I spoke to a floor manager who appologized and said he would move me to the front of the list.I believe that if you are polite and courteous to the floor managers that they will and DO treat you the same way back. I could have not enjoyed my time more at the Bellagio poker room, and I would say that the management during this time was definetly helpful in making that decision. When I return to Vegas, I will be looking to play here. |

Comps & Bonuses: 3 Apparently you can get food comps if you ask the right person in the room, but besides that I did not have my card swipped while playing here. |
