Room Quality: 5 A beautifully appointed room - of course, it is the Venetian, so it was designed to look good. Tables, chairs, cards and chips all in like-new condition. Electronic list management. TVs high on the wall, but the were somewhat hard to see because of the sheer size of the room. |

Competition: 2 When I got there late on a Saturday night (technically early Sunday morning) I saw all 39 cash tables in use, so as luck would have it, I sat down at a tough one. It could have been my extreme card deadness, but the players were lording over me. I knew it was time to go when not even AA could win for me. |

Dealers: 4 Mechanically sound but somewhat sterile. No mistakes noted. |

Cocktails: 4 Friendly and attractive but since the entire room was filled it seemed they had a lot to do, so the frequency probably was not what it could have been. Fiji water is what you get when you ask for water. |

Management: 5 They were busy with a full room, but took time to make me a players card, explain the benefits and get me seated. Friendly at all times. Great at list organizing - you have to be with 39 tables going. |

Comps & Bonuses: 4 $1/hr on the Club Grazie card, which is useful anywhere on the property, even for reduced room rates. No jackpot drop, so no high hand or bat beat bonuses. |
