Room Quality: 4 Nice new room, electronic player mngt, bright lights. close parking. Didn't like floor letting observers sit behind players at the table. Made hard for staff to move around plus I kept getting my chair kicked, bumped or shoved by the person sitting in the aisle. |

Competition: 2 Of my entire LV trip the table I was at was filled with mostly crazy loose locals (unheard of?) and then remaining seats filled with visitors. 1/2 game where ave. pre-flop raise was met with an over bet of $100+. |

Dealers: 3 Room was loud due to Sports Book, so dealer's were calling out raises except for one lady with an attitude who just dealt and pushed chips. |

Cocktails: 3 Staff was prompt with water and sodas, rails took a while to arrive. |

Management: 2 Took over an hour to receive a players card after giving them my D/L. I asked for it back at least once, and was told it was in process. Got seated and played for nearly an hour before my card arrived. |

Comps & Bonuses: 5 Tons of promotions and high hand jackpots. Just barely got my players card when I flopped a straight flush wheel and the floor had to come back to verify and payoff. |
