Room Quality: 3 The cons are that the IP has a very small rooom right next to the black jack tables in the casino and it can get very loud. The pros are that the tables are spaced out very well, fit 10 players with plenty of room and they seem to be newly felted. They have a computerized board and can log in players cards at the table and they have auto-shufflers. |

Competition: 5 Perhaps one of the biggest draws of this room. Even on a weekday night, there are at least a few tourists who have either little experience or are so drunk that they constantly give away chips. |

Dealers: 4 While one dealer seemed to get into the "festivities" of the room a bit too much, for the most part the dealers at the IP seemed very sound mechanically and were quiet adept at controlling a rowdy table and keep the action moving. |

Cocktails: 5 Granted I was playing during the grave, but we had 2 waitresses and both came by very often to take orders. |

Management: 5 The floor man was also very competent at his job. A friend of mine had an issue with his card not being logged in although the dealer had swiped it. The floor man had no issue with manually adding on 2 hours of credit after having verified the time played with all of the dealers in the room. |

Comps & Bonuses: 4 At $2 per hour, they would have received a score of "excellent" but with all Harrah's properties going to $5 max rake I had to downgrade to "good." |
