Room Quality: 5 Felt like I was in the high limit room. Decor and felts are soothing to the eye and comfortable chairs. |

Competition: 4 I'd always heard you had to play around a few sharks here, but I never saw them. Mostly tourists like me there for March Madness. |

Dealers: 5 Great! The dealer patiently explained high hand jackpot to me (which i hit!) and was very apptreciative of all tips. Fast and competent. |

Cocktails: 4 Attractive, professional waitresses, though they appeared to be a bit understaffed. |

Management: 2 Never had a problem getting on a table, but the manager had an attitude and a tendency to yell across the room at dealers. |
