Room Quality: 5 Its one of the top 5 in Vegas, so what would you expect. |

Competition: 2 The tournies I played here consisted of the $225 mega stack and $120 bounty. The mega stacks, did have some good competition. |

Dealers: 5 Dealers kept the game rolling in both cash and tournies. Frank and Laura and Ying are three of the best as far as player interaction. |

Cocktails: 1 One word ................. TERRIBLE.............. There were many times (many being more than 4 or 5) when the dealer had to call for cocktails several times before they came. When they did come there was never a smile. |

Management: 4 My personal conversasions with management, of which there was 3 or 4, was pretty good. After I had played there one night and came back, the floor manager rememberer my name. The only complaint that I heard about management was from the dealers. And probably was justified. There was two or three dealers that mentioned that they had not had a single break, even for the bathroom, in over 5 hours. Also there was a stretch where the same dealer was at a table for over 3 hours. |
