Flamingo Player Room Review Fun drunken busy room 02/27/09, Player: packbacker Total Rating: 3.35 Room Quality Rating: 3 Room Quality Description: It's a poker "area" rather than a room. Some of the tables are a litle worn but they are quite serviceable. Competition Rating: 4 Competition Description: This applies to 2-4 so take it for what it's worth. Several players at the table had no clue what to do...and would rebuy as soon as they dumped off their current stacks. Locals were peppered throughout mainly bagging time for their freeroll. Dealer Rating: 4 Dealer Description: Very competent staff but sometimes forgot to move the button due to conversation with players. All were friendly and sociable. Cocktail Rating: 4 Cocktail Description: Frequent service. Waitress attractiveness went up as the night got later and more drinks were consumed. Management Rating: 3 Management Description: I visited on a very hectic night and players were still helped quickly and in a friendly manner. The electronic board helps with list management. Announcements were frequently made about open seats, tournaments, and the freeroll Comps Rating: 3 Comps Description: I didn't ask specifics. Aces cracked 4pm-4am is $50. Apparently they have a large freeroll going on...the room was PACKED. Back to Flamingo Room Review |
