Excalibur (Electronic) Player Room Review Not impressed 09/19/08, Player: tallswede Total Rating: 1.90 Room Quality Rating: 1 Room Quality Description: Part of the poker experience is the banter with the dealer, the feel of the cards, the clatter of the chips and seeing the size of the pot. With no dealers, no chips and no real cards, that is all gone. Competition Rating: 3 Competition Description: I didn't play, so it's hard to judge. From the outside, the players looked average. Dealer Rating: 1 Dealer Description: There are none. Cocktail Rating: 4 Cocktail Description: I didn't stay long enough to find out for sure, but they worked fine the last time I played there. Management Rating: 1 Management Description: The decision to install automated tables is, I think, a mistake. There were players there, but I wonder if once the novelty wears off if they will still be there for long. Seems to me that if players prefer no real dealers, cards or chips, they might as well stay home and play online. Comps Rating: 3 Comps Description: Did not partake.
