Mandalay Bay Player Room Review Winner! 10/28/07, Player: .357gutshot Total Rating: 3.40 Room Quality Rating: 4 Room Quality Description: Very nice overall. My first trip to Vegas. My first tourney and I won. .. . $40 buy in and made $405. . . can't complain. Nice tables fairly new in appearance. . . good vibe for me. Only complaint . . . the PLASTIC card maker they give out to tourney winners. . . . Ceasers has metal ones which are quite a bit cooler. Competition Rating: 3 Competition Description: Mostly tourists. . like me. . . probably a lot of home game players. Everyone well behaved and friendly. Never heard "You called me with that?!" Dealer Rating: 4 Dealer Description: Professional, knowledgeable, kept the game moving and calculated side pots quickly and correctly. Cocktail Rating: 4 Cocktail Description: Didn't drink but the waitresses seemed attentive and cute. Management Rating: 4 Management Description: Friendly and accomodating. . .room boss got s#!tty with his dealer when it was time to combine tables for the final table due to the boss's error but that was the only bump in the road.
