Wynn Player Room Review Lets see, 27 chips times $3 is ?.?.?.? 10/02/07, Player: Krusherlaw Total Rating: 3.20 Room Quality Rating: 4 Room Quality Description: The room although a bit crowded is nicely decorated.From the poker tables it is difficult to view the wall mounted tv's. The Wynn has a wide variety of games that are not offered at smaller poker rooms and I like that they have no cap buy ins. One big complaint is the ridiculous $1-3 no limit game in which you are required to bet in invrements of $3 and all they give you are $3 chips. It made my head hurt for about two hours until I finally got the hang of it. The room is in an excellent location, right near the entrance from the self park. Competition Rating: 1 Competition Description: The competition at the Wynn was very tough. Every player knew what they were doing. Dealer Rating: 4 Dealer Description: I had no problems with any of the dealers and none of them were extremely personable. Cocktail Rating: 3 Cocktail Description: The drinks came out quickly. Management Rating: 3 Management Description: Everyone was very helpful. My only complaint was the way the management handled a situation where one player (at a different table) raised his voice innapropriately to another player. This disturned the entire poker room for about 15 minutes. This jerk should have been tossed. Comps Rating: 3 Comps Description: I didnt ask how much they comp per hour. I did ask about the poker room rate which is pretty good. I also asked about a rumor I heard that if you earn 100 points on your comp card within three days of signing up you get free buffet tickets.
