Bally's Player Room Review Tournament play 08/14/07, Player: Reno Total Rating: 3.80 Room Quality Rating: 4 Room Quality Description: The appearance of the roped-off "room" seemed well kept. The tables and chairs are comfortable enough. Pretty good vibe from this room. Competition Rating: 3 Competition Description: Our table had all types of players from tourists (like me), to grizzled veterans, and backward capped kids. All were pleasant, none too grouchy. Dealer Rating: 3 Dealer Description: Our dealer seemed grouchy. He explained the rules as if he wanted to prevent any fun at the table. I also overheard him complaining to a manager about bad reviews on another website. He had good skills, but bad personanlity. Cocktail Rating: 5 Cocktail Description: Can't get much better than having the bar within arms length of the tables. Waitress was really workin' it, too! Management Rating: 5 Management Description: Management was friendly and attentive. Prompt when signing up for the tournament. One manager even refused my tip when he brought over a drink holder without being asked! Comps Rating: 3 Comps Description: Did not inquire. Back to Bally's Room Review |
