Sahara Player Room Review Loose Fish Farm 08/08/07, Player: JolsonFan Total Rating: 4.30 Room Quality Rating: 5 Room Quality Description: Decent room. Not too noisy. 2-4 limit games most anytime. Play at night to take full advantage of the liquored up 22 year old smart mouth punks who think they can intimidate people with stuff like "oh please raise", "oh I really hit that flop", etc. Sure they suck out from time to time but there is no greater feeling in the world when they say "please raise me" and you sit on pocket KK and say "ok, I will!" Boy does el punko's tune change as he has, of course, nothing. Crush them for huge pots when you flop a monster as these jerks will never stop betting. Outside of those types, the players were mostly mature, easy going types. Didn't play in the tourney but it seems to take about 5 hours with top prize about $1,800 (not bad for a $60 entry fee). Competition Rating: 4 Competition Description: It's a slow grind for those used to online play, but play a solid game and you will be just fine. Player types range from very loose to semi-tight. At least 6 players to the flop on average Dealer Rating: 5 Dealer Description: Very funny, nice people. Made the game very comfortable. Don't forget to tip them when you win a hand. I just hope the new owners don't clean house. Cocktail Rating: 4 Cocktail Description: Frequent visits from the waitress. Management Rating: 5 Management Description: Once again, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Comps Rating: 2 Comps Description: $4 comp coupon for the buffet or restaurant's but that's it.
