Plaza Player Room Review Plaza poker room 07/13/06, Player: Master Shake Total Rating: 2.75 Room Quality Rating: 2 Room Quality Description: I like Downtown but even by Downtown standards the Plaza poker room looked tired and worn. It's kind of set off to the side of the casino by the exit. I visited twice, only 1 game of 2-4 Hold Em running both times. Competition Rating: 4 Competition Description: Seemed to be a lot of low-limit locals chasing any two cards to the river. Tight play could win but expect a lot of suckouts. The worst two players at the table left to play a guy yelling he would take on all comers at the 1-2 NL table. The yelling guy busted them both and moved to our table. Dealer Rating: 3 Dealer Description: Kind of nondescript. Cocktail Rating: 3 Cocktail Description: Always had a drink when I wanted one. Management Rating: 3 Management Description: Not hard to manage a room or list with only one table running. Comps Rating: 3 Comps Description: Didn't ask.
