South Point Player Room Review Good Tournaments and Godd N/L 05/13/06, Player: Disco Stu Total Rating: 3.30 Room Quality Rating: 3 Room Quality Description: Beig in the corner of the casino floor was okay. But it can be better situated Competition Rating: 3 Competition Description: The tournaments had good players. I made it to two final tables but did not finish in the money. They pay top four; I finished sixth and ninth. I rake up on their no limit game for two reasons: 1) I was getting good cards and playing them agressively 2) Calling stations galore - these players keep going to the river to hit their straight or flush draws which never came to fruition. Thus I made about $300 in 45 minutes of play. Dealer Rating: 5 Dealer Description: I enjoyed the dealers and they were effective and efficient. Cocktail Rating: 3 Cocktail Description: Asked for a dirty martini and they brought me the smallest matini (non-dirty) I have ever seen. However they did bring me two beers (fat tire ale) for myself and my buddy. Management Rating: 4 Management Description: They rum a very nice tournament and open up tables as fast as they can Comps Rating: 3 Comps Description: N/A Back to South Point Room Review |
