Stardust Player Room Review Stardust NL - Fish o plenty 03/28/06, Player: Aces Total Rating: 3.30 Room Quality Rating: 3 Room Quality Description: Seats were pretty standard. Says out front it's no smoking but there were constantly people on the rail blowing it in. A few serious players but more drinkers/partygoers especially at night. It's a little loud with the music from the "Fun" blackjack right accross from it. Tables seemed larger than average and in average condition. Competition Rating: 5 Competition Description: Some of the worst play I've ever seen at 1/2 NL tables. Most were drinking while playing and those that weren't were very good anyway. Contrary to other reviews they do offer NL most of the time, usually from mid-afternoon until it breaks up in the AM(the latest I played was about 5am). 3/6 limit was always available. Dealer Rating: 2 Dealer Description: Quite a few misdeals, misreads, or mistakes in general. Most were pleasant enough or at least weren't surly with a few exceptions. Cocktail Rating: 3 Cocktail Description: I heard conflicting reports from the blackjack tables, but in the poker room the service was always quick. Lookswise, well just don't go here for the scenery. A few nice looking ones but way below avg. On the other hand they were mostly pretty friendly. I mostly drank beer, they offer a few decent non-domestic choices. Management Rating: 4 Management Description: Didn't have any problems. List was handwritten. You could hear your name called in most parts of the casino. Comps Rating: 3 Comps Description: I got a $5 food comp every time I played. The poker room rate is awesome, I wish I had known there were constant NL games here. Back to Stardust Room Review |
