Room Quality: 2 I found the room old and like the hotel needs to be updated |

Competition: 4 Played both a tournament and a couple of cash games. Had a few players who obviously hadn't played live much. Tournament structure was horrible |

Dealers: 3 Dealers were friendly and really no mistakes other than the player in seat 1 having his cards mucked by the dealer when he didnt have a chip on them. Player got irrate as he said he had pocket aces but as we all know its your responsibility to protect your cards. Said player then stormed off. |

Cocktails: 2 Drinks were fairly fast but the choice of alcohol seemed limited. I mean what room doesnt have Crown Royal my drink of choice |

Management: 3 This is a generous ranking as I found them a bit disorganized at the front desk and they took a long time to come when the floor was called for the dealer mucking seat 1s hand |

Comps & Bonuses: 2 You left your players card at the desk and picked it up when finished. Seemed like a really slow way to count time played. They need card swipes at the table |
