Competition: 3 Good mix of experience, and no jerks when I was there. |

Dealers: 4 Only one mistake in the two tournaments I played in, and it was mostly the player's fault. Most of the dealers were in good moods, and added to the fun without being annoying. |

Cocktails: 4 The best service I had in a poker room this trip. Very fast, very polite; one waitress told me that poker room duty is very sought-after, since (a) it's non-smoking, (b) the orders are usually pretty simple, and (c) the players are not drunk and usually very polite. |

Management: 4 Very polite and helpful, and the fact that they are mostly old men added to my "classic Vegas" fantasy! |
