Introducing the All Vegas Poker Tour!

All Vegas Poker has always offered the most comprehensive and up-to-date information about the Las Vegas Poker scene. This year we are stepping up our game to offer some of the best tournaments in town as well!

Join the AVP Team and the Las Vegas poker community in the inaugural event of the All Vegas Poker Tour, beginning March 30th at the MGM Grand Hotel & Casino. This event is a $350 buy-in No Limit Hold’em tournament with an extremely player-friendly structure that includes 15,000 in starting chips, 40-minute levels (60-minutes at the final table), and blinds starting at 25-50. The final table will be filmed and streamed on AllVegasPoker.com using interactive viewer-controlled, 360-degree video technology.

In addition to all the prize money up for grabs, players will also be competing for an All Vegas Poker Tour Championship trophy, Player of the Year points and corresponding POY prizes, a winner’s mug-shot on the front page of AVP, and no shortage of bragging rights. For those who don’t cash in the event, we have you covered as well. AVP will be giving away plenty of exclusive gear and prizes, and MGM will be providing a $10 food comp to every entrant, along with complimentary beverages and cocktails.

This inaugural All Vegas Poker Tour event at MGM Grand will be the first of five tournaments in 2012, which will be held at some of the most prestigious poker rooms in Las Vegas. Each AVPT event will have the same buy-in and structure, along with a live-streamed final table. If you can’t make it to the first event on March 30th, please join us for Event #2 on May 19th - 20th.

Players can buy directly into the tournament on either of the two starting days, or win their way in through satellites held in the MGM Grand poker room. And for those who don’t find success in their first buy-in, re-entries will be permitted for the first 2 hours of Day 1A and Day 1B. Alongside the AVPT event, MGM will be spreading a variety of cash games to accommodate everyone’s interests.

We are extremely excited about our inaugural AVPT event, and while we can’t guarantee that everyone will be a winner, we can certainly guarantee great value, a great venue, and a great time!

>> About the All Vegas Poker Tour

All Vegas Poker is the #1 source of information and largest community of poker enthusiasts surrounding the Las Vegas poker scene. We provide the most accurate, up to date, and detailed information on every poker tournament, cash game, and poker room in Las Vegas. AVP has a comprehensive website and Discuss Forum at AllVegasPoker.com, along with free mobile apps available on iPhone and Android devices.

Since 2007, All Vegas Poker has hosted a variety of poker tournaments at several casinos along the Las Vegas Strip. Starting with fewer than 30 players in our first event "AVP I", participation has steadily grown over the years. Our last event, "AVP XIV", generated a sellout crowd of almost 400 entrants!

Building on the success of our previous tournaments, AVP has created the All Vegas Poker Tour, which will feature five separate No-Limit Hold’em events to be held at some of the Las Vegas’ most prestigious poker rooms.
