AVP VIII, our Bi-Annual Meet and Private tournament, was held at Bally's on Saturday, June 13th.

There were a total of 68 Entries into the private tournament, which included pizza and a live action mixed side game that ended up running all night.

AVP VIII was a nice opportunity for AVP members to meet and put faces to names.

Special thanks to Bally's, PokerTek, and AlaskaGal for their efforts to make AVP VIII a success and enjoyable event.

Congratulations to AVP Member "ToeHold" for being declared Champion of the event.

The tournament was chopped 8 ways, with the champion being declared based on chip count. ToeHold has earned the permanent title of AVP VIII Champion for use on the AVP Discussion Forums.
