News Venetian installs Genesis Bravo Tableside Comp Tracking Units in ALL Cash game tables! Venetian has become the largest room in Vegas to go fully automated in their comp tracking by installing Genesis Bravo swipe units in all cash game tables! Date: 05/24/09 Room: Venetian Summary: Venetian has become the largest room in Vegas to install Genesis Bravo tableside swipe units in all 39 cash game tables. Content: In its continuing effort to show that they are serious about poker, the Venetian has installed the Genesis Bravo poker room management system in its room including the tableside units in all tables. Venetian is the largest room in Vegas to have Bravo tableside units installed in all tables. To our knowledge, MGM Grand was the first Strip room to utilize the system, and it has since expanded to many Strip and Off Strip properties, but until now, MGM Grand was the largest room to have it installed in Vegas, at 20 tables. Red Rock was a close second at 18. Bellagio, Wynn, Mirage, and Caesars Palace do not have the tableside units. With the tableside units installed, players no longer have to swipe their cards at the desk to earn comps. Also, open seats, cocktails, fills, and floor decisions are controlled by the dealer at the table. Dealers swipe players cards at the table, and the comp dollars are accurately tracked without the need for the front desk brush to get involved.
