On Thursday, August 28th, 2008 at 8PM Las Vegas' newest Hotel and Casino opened to the public. The Eastside Cannery is located on Boulder Highway, on the former site of the Nevada Palace, and directly adjacent to Sam's Town Hotel and Casino.

The sister property of the original Cannery, located on Craig Road in North Las Vegas, the Eastside Cannery houses an 8 table poker room, and promises many new promotions and an imoressive $3 max rake (plus $1 jackpot) on all its games.
