Hey All

Here are some naming suggestions based on the info.

The Epic!
Hotel Radical
WTF!
The Spot
The HotSpot
sleephere

Oh well, I won't be able to use the line " I stay at the Imperial Palace, because when you are there EVERYONE is an Emperor!"

Phil

I prefer calling it, "The Imperial Palace with a new coat of paint but the same mold underneath it all Hotel and Casino"

You know, compared to others being floated out there that really doesn't sound half bad to me. Seriously, I'd wanna check it out if I saw in on a marquee. I mean, we recently got LVH and D for cryin' out loud, and WTF has more snap, crackle, and pop to it than any combination of those lame letters, even without springing for the extra cost of the punctuation.

I like 'WTF!' in all caps and neon.

How about 'The Emperor's New Clothes'?

Since Las Vegas Hilton economized on lighting up a bunch of letters by renaming itself "LVH" it seems natural that The Imperial Palace might cut back on non-essential mid-word letter funding in a similar way, and I can think of some folks in town who'd tend to approve of a big flashing neon display of the new name "TIP." But I don't know that it would pack 'em in quite like "WTF!" might.

How about "Peril Place"?

I think that would have to be marketed as at least a mid-range resort, because it contains several expensive vowels which seem to have become scarce lately.

I just find it hilarious that Las Vegas hasn't had an observation wheel for 100 years and now we have two being built at the exact same time, both of which are larger than the London Eye.

Only in Vegas.
