Another first timer question here...

I plan on bringing my iPad into the event with me to pass some time during the main event when I am on a slow card run... Wondered if there is wifi available to me in there?

Yes they have wifi. I saw kevmath tweeted the username and password about a week ago

Ssid: ChipTic
Password: Interactive

Maybe some reg will be able to go there and test the login credentials.

anyone know for sure on this?

I have used it, it works well in Amazon room and the pavilion, a little spotty in the Brasilia room, but it's free!
