When the floor toled me that they dont give warnings ever for anything. And the dealer had given warnings to players for the english only rule. I and many that I talk to bleave that this is a disregard of TDA rule #1 Unusual circumstances can on occasion dictate that decisions in the interest of fairness take priority over the technical rules.

Honestly you're lucky. You broke a rule, you got a small penalty. I know tournaments where your hand would be dead. Now that's harsh.

Does anyone know if Aria is planning on running some sort of deep stack series during the WSOP like Venetian, Caesars or Binions? I have never played there but it seems to be a popular room with good daily tournament structures. It seems like they are trying to compete with some of the better poker rooms so it would seem logical that they would start some sort of Deep Stack Series. Just curious...

Last summer their dailys had good numbers plus with the broad range of games they offer, Aria is doing quite well. They did something in July 2 years ago if I'm not mistaken.

If this has been asked before I'm sorry. Does anyone know why Aria doesn't show up on the Bravo live app. I know they use the bravo system in the room. I like the app so I can take a quick look and see what is happening in a room.

Although it's not been officially reported anywhere I think it is generally accepted that MGM is working on their own app to show live data for their rooms.

Thanks Clem. Their daily's seem to have roughly the same structure as most deep stacks with the 30 min levels, but for half of the price. I have never been in the Aria poker room. I think I'll have to check it out when i'm there in the beginning of July this year. I was thinking about doing a couple of the Venetian $200 events but again for basically the same structure at half the buy in Aria may be the way to go for me.

They publicly responded to that effect on their Facebook page when I asked about it months ago. I don't really understand why they don't use the existing app until they develop their own.

MGM owns the Borgata in AC, so it is strange that one of their hotels is on the app, but the ones in Vegas aren't
