Planning on going to Vegas in mid October. Looking for a romantic dinner to take my girlfriend to. Don't want to break the bank but don't want to eat on paper plates either. Going to stay center strip. Plan on propsing in front of the fountains at Bellagio while in town.

Hugos at the 4 Queens downtown is very romantic. It is in the basement, dark, long stem roses for the ladies, order the duck it's great.

Olives is great, a little loud, but the food is excellent. I had the lobster carbonara, excellent. You might have to wait for a table overlooking the fountains, but it would be dinner and the setting for a proposal.

The Eiffle Tower restaurant overlooks the Bellagio fountains - we celebrated our 20th anniversary in a front row seat to the fountain show. They even put rose petals on the table. Call for reservations and let them know what you'd like.
