I moved here in August for a job and cheap real estate, but also to play alot more poker. I use it as my second job and play 2-3 times a week trying to get 50-60 hours a month if I can. I live in the north end with Santa Fe and red rock closest to me, but play the strip when possible. I hit freerolls when I can for hours but of late I focus on wherever the most tourists are on the strip. I am gonna make the move from 1/2 to 2/5 pretty soon as I am up $2600 over the 4+ months since I moved, I have a decent bankroll and I have only been felted once since moving here so it's been going well. I average about $15 per hour at 1/2nl and I think it's time to step up. Played for years online but the live game is way better for me. I read everything I can and try to get better every time I play. Looking forward to talking shop.

Hi harbak, thanks for posting. Sounds like you're on the right path! Congrats on the positive results...hopefully things are going as well in work and real estate too!

Stepping up to 2/5 seems pretty feasible given your results. Keep us posted on how things go....and as you may know, feel free to check out the strategy section of our forums to talk shop with others.
