So far my favorite has to be Hyakumi inside Ceasars Palace. Its a bit on the pricey side "10-20$ a roll". Any other suggestions, price, area?

NOBU at the Hard Rock gets my vote as the best SUSHI place in Vegas.

Sushi Bomb is my favorite Sushi joint of all time. All I have is Japanese-American friends and they like Sushi Bomb better than anything else in Vegas. The only problem is that it is about 20-30 minutes away from the strip. It is located at the area where Las Vegas absolutely ends. The plus side is that the part of town it is located at is a paradise. There is NO traffic, no crime, no pollution.... lots of beautiful canyons, cacti, and all types of nice scenery.

There are actually a ton of great Sushi Joints in the North-West/Summerlin area of Vegas..but, if you lived in Vegas long enough, you will know that there seems to be some kind of really aggressive inter-asian rivalry going on here. You might hear a lot of discriminating and libelous things about certain Japanese or Korean owned restaurants in the North West part of LV from Filipinos and Chinese people....just remember that it's all just part of that inter-asian rivalry and many of those bad comments are due to that.

Without a doubt, the best sushi in LV (and possibly in the US) is I Love Sushi. Its On Eastern and Sunridge Heights in Henderson near anthem.
