This has been a long time coming, and we hope you love our completely redesigned site. AVP has always been the best resource for all your Las Vegas Poker needs, and after a long overdue complete revamp of the site, it is now a much more comprehensive and user-friendly site with lots of new features and content.

This site would not exist without the participation and support of our readers, members and visitors. In the years since AVP was founded in 2004, we have accumulated thousands of Trip Reports and Room Reviews! It is these reviews and reports that have established AVP as the #1 resource that it currently is.

AVP's new President, Jon Friedberg, is a World Series of Poker Bracelet winner, Pepperdine MBA graduate, and accomplished entrepreneur. Jon has assembled a superstar team of fellow poker enthusiasts to help make AVP the best resource that it possibly can be. Jon and his team have been working around the clock to launch our new site, and we are very confident that you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Great job with the site to everyone involved.. looks great. Can't wait to get the updated apps!

Couple of things I have found that may need some fixin' (or maybe it's just me that needs it...)

1. When in the forums, and I click on the menu at the top (AVP Banner: News, TRs, Room Reviews, Rankings, Rates, etc.) it gives me a 404 page not found. If I click them directly from the homepage it works.

2. The cash games section shows Bills spreading $1/2, do they do that now or is it still .50/1?

3. Third one is just a question: Is the login on the main AVP page different than the forum login? I tried logging in over there, and it says authentication failed, but it still recognizes me on the forums.

So far, thats all I see, overall the site is great. Keep up the excellent work!

A couple of "bugs" I found thus far:

1. If you are in the forums and you click on the tournaments, cash games, room rates, etc- you get an error message, but those categories are working fine from the main page.

The best thing to do might be to navigate around the site and document every link that needs to be addressed.

The site overall has a fresher look.

We need twitter & fb feeds LIVE on homepage. STAT.

Also, the links from the trip reports/whatever on main site do not correlate properly to phpBB forum. Please investigate. Thanks! #;)

AVP members and NEW VISITORS (especially new visitors) should be able to scroll through the homepage photos (the featured photos @ top of page). Also, a menu of pics in rotation would be useful so visitors/AVP community members can easily see which photos catch their eye(z) and navigate to THAT photo... without having to WAIT. Time != MONEY. LOL.

Just so you're aware, some of the issues mentioned in THIS THREAD do still exist after the relaunch, as of about 6:20pm. For example, when viewing the site on my Android device in a Dolphin browser the display of some graphics wraps around so that it partially covers other graphics and links, such as the forum link labeled "CASH GAMES" being pushed down and all the way over toward the left so it is on top of the "MAIN SITE HOMEPAGE" link. On my desktop it is apparently displaying correctly, with that "CASH GAMES" link being over toward the right side and above the line of the "MAIN SITE HOMEPAGE" link, as I assume it is intended to be.
