I've been googling and searching but haven't found anything. I'll be in Vegas during the first couple of weeks and 5 Star is a little out of my price range. Does anyone know of something going on during the same time as 5 star? If not, guess I'll be playing the NL tables.

Santa Fe Station has: Monthly $10,000 Tournaments $10,000 Guaranteed Prize Pool on the first Saturday of every month at noon. It was 40 minute blind levels, 10,000 in chips for $125. I think you get and extra 2,000 in chips for $5.
