I could care less about the Raiders, Cowboys, Steelers, Clemson Tigers whomever. You aren't part of the team. Get over it.
As far as Ward playing 4 more years. He is 36 years old. Receivers are not good at that age. At best he is a 4th or 5th WR on a bad team (Raiders may fit as their passing game isn't anything to write home about). Plus I don't see him playing special teams which is normally a requirement for the 4th or 5th WR. Anyone notice that Randy Moss and Terrell Owens are not getting picked up. Marvin Harrison basically retired at this age. Hines is done. Great career. Possible hall of famer (Lot of talk about that in the past 24 hours), but HE IS DONE.

And actually I think it will be difficult for him to get into the hall of fame:
If you look at receiving yards- Hines Ward is 18th all-time. Of the 17 ahead of him (5 are in the HOF- Rice, Lofton, Largant, Monk, and Joiner). 3 have been waiting the past couple of years- #4 Tim Brown, #8 Cris Carter, and #12 Andre Reed.
That leaves 9 more with more receiving yards:
2. Terrell Owens, 3. Issac Bruce, 5 Randy Moss, 6. Marvin Harrison, 9 Henry Ellard, 10 Torry Holt, 11 Tony Gonzalez, 14. Irving Fryar, and #16 Jimmy Smith.
You also have Reggie Wayne at #22 who is only 300 yards behind Ward. You also have Andre Johnson and Larry Fitzgerard who are 2 seasons away from passing him if he doesn't add any more yards.
Ward is the best blocking WR possibly ever and played big in some of the biggest games, but his numbers and the fact he was never a top 5 guy at his position in the league might hurt him.
We all know that getting into the hall of fame is more about politics than stats. Hines will probably sit on the bench for the hall for years, just like Andre Reed.

Tony Gonzalez is a first ballot HOF (Granted he is a TE). Without question. Based on talent- Moss and Owens are first ballot HOF's, but they may not get in on the first ballot (politics). Andre Johnson and Fitzgerald are too young for me to comment. In my mind Marvin Harrison, Isaac Bruce, and Torry Holt should go in before Hines. Also Andre Redd, Cris Carter, and Tim Brown are higher on my list as well. That is a lot of WR's.
