Found then on Kayak for the AVP weekend for $40/night. No wifi, and it looks like it's about a 20-30 minute drive to the Mirage (I'd just head up to Spring Mountain and drive over). But it also looks like quite a step up in amenities--basically a full-out apartment--for an awfully good rate. Like most any place I'd stay, I'd likely spend almost no actual time there, other than to shower and sleep.

Ramada (closer) is still $44, Terribles $33.
