Has anyone else been here? I ate there on a trip a few months back and i remember it being pretty good but somewhat expensive. Also remember there being a pretty decent selection of sake which i went in on BIG TIME! Don't really remember much after that except for the bill. NY Want to go back again but just want to hear some others thoughts. I live in LA so i'm a bit of a sushi snob so price isnt such an issue as long as i'm getting a good meal/service. Just can't be bothered to leave downtown if i'm going to be staying/playing down there.

I haven't eaten there but know a few have had, from what I have heard it's not the greatest sushi in town, but will work in a pinch, I think it's a little overpriced, if you need sushi recommendations consult the resident sushi master Photoc

I'm not a sushi snob despite what Photoc thinks :D but if I'm going to pay top price, then I want what I can't get at home, freshness, quality, etc...and Red doesn't meet those expecatations in my opinion. If you want sushi and are downtown, it'll work. It's not like it's bad, it's just doesn't meet my expectations for the price.

I really love Tao and Nobu but have been to several places off strip that are good, one being Naked Fishes.
